| Comments: Had posted a negative feedback on Al when a closed lot I was high bidder on did not show up on my auction bill the
next day. Also had sent him an E-mail
questioning it. As soon as I finished feedback had a notification in my E-mail that I had indeed won the lot. Never went back in to correct the feedback, and never checked my E-mail for quite a few days, and Al was rightly upset since he had corrected everything. I am a frequent bidder in Al's auctions, and have always had the very best of service from him, in addition to trading very pleasant E-mails with him about sports in general. Only Baseball card auction I bid in - simply none better. Only time I've used feedback, and will be last - have gotten Al, who I now consider a friend, very upset over my feedback and am trying to reverse it now. Didn't think anyone really read feedbacks - should have clicked on E'mail rather than feedback to get the problem corrected and give Al little more chance to correct than I did. |

| Comments: I am so sorry it took so long to give very positive feedback on the 1961 willie mays card I got. Outstanding card in great shape. I couldn't believe that I got a Mays card in the shape it was for the price that I paid. Thanks Al, I will definetly look for your cards again. |
