Mark Prior was the second overall selection in the 2001 draft. When healthy, Prior mixes pinpoint location with often overwhelming speed to dominate batters. If he can stay healthy, he should be one of his generation's best pitchers. Prior's 2001 rookie cards remain extrememly popular, though demand for them has cooled a bit during his last few injury filled seasons.
